Most conversion tools online treat every ingredient as if it were water, which produces inaccurate baking results. A cup of all-purpose flour weighs approximately 120 grams, while a cup of granulated sugar weighs 200 grams, and honey weighs 340 grams. Recipe Calculator's conversion engine accounts for each ingredient's actual culinary density so the numbers are genuinely reliable for cooking and baking.
There is no sign-up, no mobile app to install, and no account to register. Nothing you enter or paste is saved or sent to any server — the entire engine runs 100% client-side in your web browser.
